How do I pay for my shuttle ?
All on line booking in advance by credit card ( Visa or master card) on our secure website, you just need to print off the confirmation email and give it to your driver when you arrive in Paris.

How much do children pay?
Children under 3 travel free Children 3 and 10 pay 10€ each way, Children over 10 pay the standard adult fare.

How far in advance do I have to reserve ?
We recommend you book at least 48 hours in advance to ensure that we have enough time to process your request.
However, we will do our best to accommodate any last minute.

Are Parisshuttletransfer shuttles no smoking? Air conditioned? How many do they seat ?
All shuttles are not smoking and air conditioned. They have both 8 seaters.

How far in advance can I change or cancel my reservation ?
Reservation can be changed or cancel up to 24 hours before with no change.

What's up if my arriving fligtht is delayed ?
We will wait up to one hour after the scheduled arrival time of the carrier. After this time we will try our hardest possible to transfer you. But we cannot undertake any responsibility if this not possible.

At which terminal will the driver drop me off ?
The driver drops you off at the correct terminal of the airline that you are flying with.

Why must I confirm my departure 48 hours before ?
You must confirm your departure 48 hours in advance to make sure that all information concerning flight times .Airport pick-up address are correct.

Do you provide car seats for children under 3 ?
We do not provide car seat must sit on their parents lap.

How much should I tip the driver ?
Tips are at discretion of the passenger and according to the service they received.
